Bali Family Vacation – Day 2

Villa Jodie ad sedia khidmat penghantaran ke Kuta. Kuta adalah salah satu pekan yg agak glamour n pelancong suke g. Kuta nie jugak tpt org surfing sbb kt cni ad Kuta Beach n ombak die perghhhhh…besar gak ar..kalo aku kat ctu kompem leh lemas beb.

So ktorg spent the whole day dr Centro Kuta Shopping Mall. Kt cni cam bese jer la shopping mall, ktorg just having our lunch jer kt food court. Haaa…kat cni ayam penyet die sgt kaw ar! sedap n pedas..haha sume mulut merah pas mkn..

Pastu ktorg gerak kua dr Centro n jln2 kat kdai2 tepi jln..kakak aku da pesan siap2, tayah bli dl sbb nak shop souvenir sume kt Art Market, Ubud. So sume just cuci mate jer n survey2 harga.

Setelah mharungi kepanasan melampau ktorg pon singgah kt Starbucks utk hilangkan dahaga kt tekak.Ktorg 5 bradik plak nyinggah ke Hard Rock Cafe Bali sblh Starbucks tu jer. Kt cni sume pon spent bli souvenir utk diri sendiri..haha..abg bli tshirt, aku bli baju, rezuan pon bli baju n haezel bli tumbler. Aku plak bli topi as a souvenir to my special friend..hehe..

Pastu ktorg jln2 tepi Kuta Beach tu , tp sbb ramai org ktorg takde la p pantai die.. Tgk dr jaoh jer..so ktorg direct trus ke tpt mkn kt tepi tu jugak menghentam seafood.

Dah sudah sume kenyang ktorg amek cab balik villa..kt villa tu plak ktorg yg kepenatan n tadi sume bcita2 nak tdo sume batal niat coz sume pon terjun lam pool..haha..besh2 ad pool depan bilek..bagi mengakhiri hari ke 2, aku, mamak, haezel, abang n rezuan mnikmati bali massagage yg sememangnyer besh!

Bali Family Vacation – Day 1

ahahaha..igt kan nak update blog daily mase kat Bali..Tapi due to time constraint (hahaha…) tak sempat lak. So last Thursday (7/5), ktorg sefamily bercuti cuti Indonesia ke Denpasar, Bali. Flight ktorg pg tu suppose 9am tp sbb tak ramai org kot so Air Asia postpone to 11.45pm. Better kot so takde la ktorg kelam kabut ngat nak kejar flight.

Day 1: Arrival @Denpasar, Bali

Flight ke Denpasar nie mengambil mase selama 3 jam. Aku nie plak jenis yg cpt bosan duduk dlm kapal terbang. Kalo blik Sarawak yg ambik mase 1jam stgh tu pun aku dah tak senang duduk apatah lagi flight ni 3jam. Bagi mengisi kekosongan tu tau tak aku wat pe? aku jd clerk utk family aku. Sume suh aku isi arrival n departure card n jugak health card. 2jam gak aku isi utk 7 org..kakak aku lak make sure aku isi ngn betol..QC katenyer…huhu..

Ktorg landed kat Bandara Ngurah Rai, Denpasar tu aroung 2.45pm. Surprisingly, jam kat sane same ngn kte..bebeza ngn jam kat Jakarta. So lepas jer imigresen yg Q panjang gler tu mas Benny dr Villa Jodie tu dah sedia menanti sambil memegang papan tanda AERNYZAWATI tu name kakak aku ar.die yg uruskan penempahan villa.

Dgn mgunakan 2 mobil, ktorg dibawak straight trus ke villa yg akan ktorg duduki selama 5 hari. Smp2 jer..waaaaaa…sume kagum n happy dgn villa tu..cantek n aman giler tptnyer..mmg puas ati ar.. Die ad 3 separate  rooms, 2 rooms with Queen size bed and 1 rooms with 2 single beds. Ad private pool depan bilik, open air dining hall n tv hall a.k.a ruang tamu. serious cantik..sape2 nak g bali mmg aku recommend duduk villa nie ar…

Ptg tu lak ktorg 5 bradik p carik mknn..mak aii..susah giler nak carik last2 ktorg singgah ar order nasik ayam penyet ngn nasik ayam lalapan kt Waroeng Cium Cium ..haha.kelaparan nyer pasal ktorg bantai jer singgah kdai2 tepi jln..lame giler tgu die msk..but takpe..janji ad mknn..ktorg tapau ar coz nak mnikmati dinner kt villa yg indah n cantik itu..huhu..mlm tu lak..aku, abg, haezel n rezuan ape lagi..terjun ar lam pool yg mmg dah tsedia depan bilek..best wooooo!!!! huhu pas swimming ktorg mule la lapa balik..so ktorg order McD online tuuuu..besh2..so mlm tu bfore tdo sume hentam McD kecuali kakak aku yg dah terbongkang awal2..huhu..

Kali ke-4 baru MUNTAH…eeeiiiuwwhhh!

Last Saturday, Aziz and Una temankan aku g amek darah kat pasar Selayang..erm..darah ayam tau..Kat pasar borong blkg tu mmg ad tempat sembelih ayam bfore dihantar ke penjual2 yg jual ayam tu. So bbalik pada aktiviti amek ayam tu, ari sabtu lepas adalah kali ke -4 aku g.

Yg menjadi kemusykilan aku ialah nape plak time ke-4 ni la aku ttb rase nak pitam tgk darah tu.siap mmercik2 g kat pgelangan tgn aku. Aku plak dgn bijaknyer pkai baju kaler putih..nasib baik tak percikan tu tak kene baju..

Briefly, darah ayam nie aku guna utk Final Year Project 2 aku yg alhamdulillah dah selesai semalam (Ahad). Kerja aku skg just nak settlekan report due on th 24th April 2009 (Bday aku tuu!). Aku nyer FYP deal ngn virus, NDV(Newcastle Disease Virus). Virus nie attack ayam2 yg memberi impak kat peniaga2 ayam. SO aku nie la (cam terer jer..) nak menghasilkan vaccine utk lwn virus tu.

Aku tadah darah tu dlm special botol yg contain EDTA. EDTA nie adalah utk mengelakkan darah tu membeku. Yang tak best nyer..after dicuci ngn Phosphate Buffer Saline (PBS) jangka hayat die less than 1 week jer.. Tu yg kene g amek byk kali..

Special gratitude express to Fuad, Erin, Aziz, and Hajar yg bawak aku g amek darah ujg2 mgu. Trime kasih sbb korbankan pg2 korg utk FYP aku yer..Jasa korg takkan ku lupe!

Seri: Ade ktk sikmok bantal ka?ambik rah bilit mek nun.. (Ade, tak nak bantal ke?ambik ar kat bilek aku tu…)

Ade: sikmo mek..kenak kepong nyamok la mun masok bilit ktk.Tensen palak mek banyak ilak nyamok rah bilit ktk ya. (Taknak ar..nt nyamok kejar aku kalo masok bilek ko..Tension aku ngn nyamok yg byk kt blek ko)

Kamal: Seri penternak nyamok bah.hahhaa..

Seri: yahh marek kan mek dah suh k spray nyamuk ya..gik da juak ka?(yahh..semalam kan aku dah suruh ko spray nyamok tu..ad lg ker?)

Ade: tensen mek,lamak mek carik ney juak shieldtox tok.sip juak ktk da mdh mlm td mun sik abis mek kenak nyamok ya. (Tension aku, punyerla lame aku cari shieldtox, nasib baik ko ckp ad spray dlm almari, kalo tak naya aku dserang nyamok tu)

Seri: erk??ktk nyembor nyamok ya k spray di padah mek ya kah? (erk, ko sembor nyamok tu gune spray yg aku ckp tu ke??)

Seri: kan mek suh sembor rah tangan & kaki.pahal ktk nyembor rah nyamok ya? (kan aku dah suh sembur kat tgn n kaki. Pesal ko sembor kat nyamok lak?)

Lalu kami dengan kretip nya mencipta dialog nyamok yang telah disembur oleh Ade.Ubat semburan itu sepatutnya melindungi badan dari digigit nyamok tapi apakah motip Ade sembor kat nyamok??

Nyamok: makseh kak oi sembor ubat tok.nakpa ktk nyembor rah kmk?sikda nyamok len nak geget kmk bah..saya dah rasa selamat dah tok.. (makseh kak oi sembur ubat nie. Nape sembur kat aku?nyamok laen tak ggit aku ar..aku rasa dah slamat dah nie..)

Ade: ney kamek tauk,mek sik baca arahan ktk smpey abis koatan sik tahan ngan nyamok.Mek siap sembor rah baju lam lemari ktk gik ya..(mane la aku tau, aku tak bace arahan ko smp habis sbb aku mmg aku dah tak thn ngn nyamok2 tu..aku siap sembur kat baju dlm almari ko siap…)

Seri: baju mek sikda darah oii nak di isap nyamok ya..(baju aku takde darah la yg nyamok tu nak hisap..)

Kamal: haoklah..alu abis spray ya di pakey Ade rah nyamok ajak bukan pakey dirik nya..(tu ar..abis ar spray tu Ade spray kat nyamok jer bukan utk badan die..)

sik cukup dengan ya,Kamal nambah…(tak cukup ngn tu, Kamal tambah)

Kamal: nakpa kata tokrang ya eyh..ahe dah ari dah nak kol 12..(ape yg korg ckp nie..dah lewat dah ni dah nak kul 12am)

Ade: nipu..ari dah nak kol 2 pagi di padah ktk kol 12???hahhaha..(tipu..jam dah kul 2am ko ckp 12am???)

BIOTECH GRAND DINNER CLASS OF 2009…

Salam guys, sorry for the late entry on Biotech Grand Dinner 2009. Quite bz with my FYP and besides,  i just got all the pics during that nite. =)

So, Biotech Grand Dinner for class of 2009 was held on 19th March 2009 at Restoran Rebung which is owned by Chef Ismail and Dato’ Sheikh Muszaphar(our 1st astronaut). The dinner started at around 9pm. Friends were putting their best clothes that nite to show excitement to the events. BTW, the theme for the nite is ‘Melayu’. But Una said that the definition of Melayu is depend on individual perception. SOme dressed up like a real Malay, wearing full suit of either Baju Melayu, Baju Kurung, Baju Kebaya. Not to forget, some interpret the theme as ‘Melayu Modern’ as well as ‘Melayu Culture Shock’(FIza & Syful ar tuuu!!haha..ups guys!)

To be honest, the food is so delicious. The menu that i remember are Nasi Putih with some lauk like Ayam Kari, ulam-ulaman, daging kicap, terung masak cili, sambal belacan and etc. The rest we have laksa penang, pengat pisang and some kuih muih tradisional. We took pics on the food bfore being disturbed.

The nite become more excited when the award giving ceremony started. FYI, there were some lecturers attended our dinner, Dr Ibrahim Ali Noorbacha (Coordinator for Biotech) as well as Dr. Saedi Jaemi (CC for FYP2). Thanx to them for being able to spent time with us. So back to the awards, the winners are:

Th climax of the nyte was the announcement of The King and Quenn of The Nyteziz and Majdah which was abviously look stunning wearing full Melayu Suit. These awards goes to A!!! Congratulation guys!!

Yeay! My Dad walks again!!

Salam to all.. as most of you acknowledge, my dad lost his left leg last October 2008 due to a disease called Thrombosis.

Thrombosis occurs with the formation of a blood clot inside the blood vessel, obstructing the flow of the blood through the circulatory system. When a blood vessel is injured, the body requires the platelets and fibrin to form a blood clot in order to prevent losses of blood. However, if there is too much blood clotting formed, the clot breaks free and an embolus is formed. When thrombus occupies >75% of surface area of the lumen of an artery, blood flow to the tissue supplied is reduced enough to cause symptoms because of decreased oxygen and accumulation of metabolic products such as lactic acid. >90% of obstruction may lead to inoxia, the complete if deprivation of oxygen and infarction, a mode of cell death.

Basically this is what happen to my dad’s left leg. So, doctor decided to amputate his leg to avoid infections to other parts of his body.

Alhamdullillah…last saturday, abang, mamak n haezel together with bapak went to somewhere around Ampang to test the artificial leg which have been made for bapak. Actually upon agreement, it only takes about 2weeks to produce the artificial leg. But due to financial problem, we have to delay it. Anyways, bapak seems excited to try it on and making his 1st step. hehehe…

Abang kata:

Proses pemasangan pertama mengalami sedikit kesulitan di sebbkn saiz ‘cup’ utk kaki yg agak kurang selesa utk bapak…and one of the reason that ktorg di mintak dtg ke opis dorg adalah utk memudahkn customization di lakukan on the spot. dlm 30min tunggu dorg alter cup tu…kaki palsu bapak dpt di pasang and apa lagi, bapak disuruh utk membuat cubaan berjalan setelah di beri instruction oleh instructor kat tmpt tu. Overall, it was a successful session. Bapak dpt berjalan and nampak cam comfortable with it..tp cam biasa lah, all new things perlu masa utk getting use to.. so bapak akan menjalani few more session di tmpt tu b4 dibenarkn bawak balik kaki and practice di rumah.

Huhu..yeay! Bapak dah bley jalan. COngrats to him! He must be damn excited and happy walaupun die tak ckp kat ktorg. =p Below are some shots during the practicing session …

Haezel halfway registered at Intec, UiTM Shah Alam

27th February, which was yesterday, Haezel dah half way register kt Intec UiTM Shah Alam utk menjalani program persediaan ke Russia dlm jurusan Perubatan. Why do aku kate half way? She’s unable to register kat admin sbb die tak dpt nak byr yuran pengajian die which is RM 195. It turns out that her status in INTEC telah ditukar kepada status ‘Tidak Mendaftar’ sbb sepatutnyer Haezel daftar 10 Februari lepas. Tp sbb die dah syok sgt duduk PLKN, she decide to end her PLKN after 2months so that abes die blaja takde la die dpanggil utk habiskan latihan die. So, since status die dah btukar kepada ‘tidak mendaftar’ she cant access her uitm internet access to print the payslip. So aku ngn Rezuan bwkla die ke admin uruskan. Malangnyer, admin die kate kalo die tak byr g die takley nak regist. After clearing her status,  aku ngn Haezel g reg hostel die plak. And Rezuan tpaksa bgegas ke Bank Islam utk byr yuran die. Malang lagi, q kat bank sgt panjang. COnfirm tak smpt. So ktorg decide Haezel uruskan her registration on her own on Monday. Yang penting die reg hostel and byr yuran. Nak cerita pasal hostel plak. Hurm, Haezel ditempatkan di Hostel Cemara. Yg disappointednyer is keadaan bilik or maybe i should call it as rumah. Agak kotor gak ar. Management should think about how to at least maintain the condition of the room. Cat sket ke..sian budak2 nak study duduk lam bilek cam tu. Nasib bek Haezel is going to stay there until August jer..tpt die eeeiiiuuwhh.,.(ups!sorry..tp sungguh!) tp takpe..Haezel, chaiyok2!!hahahaha…tetak setan mek tok..

Before aku show gmbr2 hostel Haezel, meh nak cite sket sal INTEC ni. INTEC is actually a shortfom of International Education Centre whereby plajar2 lepasan SPM yg akan melanjutkan pelajaran ke luar negara akan ditempatkan kt cni dlm tempoh masa yg tertentu utk tujuan persediaan. Kat cni diorg ke study foreign language as well as the history of tpt yg diorg nak p sambung blaja tu. Hostel agak jauh dr campus, kalo jln kaki mao nak lebey dr stgh jam br smp. Tp no worries sbb UiTM sgt mnjaga kebajikan students die. They provide buses for the students dr hostel ke campus. So jarak perjalanan die 5mins jer.  Btw aku lupe nak amek gmbr campus die, tp aku ad amek gmbr room die.. Gudluck to Haezel! Hope u’ll be a successful doctor in future!

Puteri Gunung Ledang The Musical

After facing so many obstacles, at last Aziz, Ana and I went to the last performance of Puteri Gunung Ledang The Musical at Istana Budaya. I dont really know how to share the moments in words, but I am so fortunate that for the 1st time I actually see actual theatre performance. It was so amazing and joyful. The character I like the most is Adlin Aman Ramli because of his slumberness and he perform the Sultan Melaka’s character in his own style. I really excited to see him singing and dancing. He looked so cute dowh! haha..eeeiiiuwwwhh! Btw, Tiara and Stephen’s performance were also outstanding. Not to forget the rest of the actors You guys rocks! I felt like i wanna be one of the actor..(Layak tak???huhu…) Since we were amazed by the theatre performance, less pictures were captured. Owh ya, not to forget,penyelesaian utk two extra tickets tu, ktorg ajak Kak Ina and Abg Faizal join ktorg. Thanx Aziz! It such a unforgetable nite! The ups and the downs…haha…

Selamat Pengantin Baru buat Faizah Nor and Suami!

Sabtu lepas dihabiskan dgn a trip to Felda Keratong, Bandar Muazzam Pahang utk mhadiri majlis persandingan one of my friend, Faizah Nor. We departed from IIUM around 8am at arrived at her house at 11.30pm. Perjalanan agak lancar since ktorg gerak awal pg. So, there’s no traffic problem mgganggu.This is the 2nd time ktorg ke rumah Ija after we attended her engagement day last Dec. Sampai2 jer ktorg yg kepenatan and kelaparan tros disajikan dgn nasik putih and beberapa lauk. Sedap! esp ayam goreng die..huhu..credit to tukang masak! Sementara mnunggu pengantin lelaki sampai, ktorg sempat capture moments bersama Ija dlm bilik pengantin as well as atas pelamin. Due to quite a number of friends from IIUM yg dtg, ktorg terpaksa separate2 amek gmbr, mule2 tu according to room number (kat Asiah)pastu according to course plak. Kalo nak amek sume tak muat kot camera..huhu..Pengantin lelaki sampai around 1pm which is half an hour late than expected. The brides( ad 2 psg pengantin senanyer) trus ke majlis mkn beradab. After that barulah, Ija and husband nya bersanding utk sesi fotografi. Byk jugak la gmbr yg fotographer tu amek. Kesian die mlayan karenah ktorg bile turn ktorg amek gmbr ngn psgn pengantin. Around 3pm, ktorg dah siap2 nak balik n menempuh perjalanan yg agak jauh. Kesian kt driver2 yg tak berehat pon.

So, down below are some of the moments captured on Ija’s wedding day. Once again Selamat Pengantin Baru utk Faizah and Faizal, supaya berkekalan sehingga ke anak cucu, sehingga ke akhir hayat! Cepat2 dpt baby yer Ja!

The Weekend will Always be A Weekend

Last weekend, i planned to stay in my room. But, weekend will always be a weekend for me. That is, weekend will never be spent just in my room. Me, Ana and Fasha had our single-day out on Sunday. Fasha was desperatedly wanna go for karaoke but Redbox was fully-booked. So we when to Times Square to check whether the Karaoke Box is open. Unfortunately for Fasha, it has been closed. Seems like it has been closed for quite a while. Not to dissapoint him, i brought he and Ana to KTV located just opposite the Times Square. The place is quite scary and btw, i never been there.

Right at the entrance of the KTV there it goes a signage saying that “Those under 21years old are not allowed to enter this premis” haha…fasha is 20yrs old. under age babe! But, his matured look makes ppl think that he is older than his age. huhu.. after 2hrs singing, we hang out at low yat and went back to UIA around 11pm.. Thanks to Fasha and Ana..It was great hanging out with both of u!
